How to cancel my subscription
You can cancel at any time by going to: Settings → Billing. You can continue to use the paid version until the end of the subscription / trial date unless you request a refund. If your recurring payment fails 3 times in a row (we retry every 3 days), your subscription will be automatically paused and all paid features will be loc
What is the refund policy?
For each payment that you make, you have 14 days to request a full refund. After the 14 days, you're still eligible for a refund for the remaining of the subscription, but a pro-rated refund and the discount for paying every 3, 6 or 12 months (where applicable) will be waived. The daily post limits prevent abuse and help us allocate resources properly. We're trying to build great relationships with the social networks and we can't do so if we spam them. Will Publer increase my price in the future?
While prices may go up at any time (due to increasing business costs), only the new customers will be affected. As long as you have an active subscription, we will never charge more than what you signed up for. That's how we value your loyalty. If you cancel your subscription and decide to come back after a while, price changes (if any) will affect you as well. You would be better off pausing the subscription instead.
Why am I being charged twice?
As you know, we offer two Free Trials that you can try, a 7-day and a 14-day free trial for Argentum and Aurum respectively. After the free trial ends, you will be charged accordingly for the plan that you have chosen. However, if you choose to upgrade while in the free trial, due to limitations from our payment gateway, you will be charged twice: You will first be charged for the plan you had before the upgrade and then for the upgraded plan. Yes, you can change the frequency, downgrade, or upgrade to your liking at any time at no extra cost -- you will not be over or under charged, rather the calculations will be tailored around your subscription. How to download my invoices
Downloading your invoices is quite easy. Keep in mind, you are also getting emails with your invoices and all the other information regarding your subscription from our payment gateway (Paddle or PayPro Global). To download your invoices: Go to the dropdown arrow next to your Profile and choose Settings. Then, go to Billing.
