What payment methods do you accept?
The accepted payment methods are:
Credit or Debit Card
PayPal
Purchase Order
Wire Transfer
When paying with a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, the subscription will renew automatically.
When paying with a Purchase Order or Wire Transfer, you will have to manually renew the subscription after getting an automatic reminder.
Keep in mind that:
Payments are handled securely by PayPro Global and Paddle.
You can pay every 1 or 12 months. A 20% discount is applied when paying 12 months in advance.
The VAT, where applicable, will be automatically charged on top of the prices you see above. Where possible, you will have the option to enter a VAT ID at the point of purchase which will exempt the purchase from a sales tax charge.
If your recurring payment fails 3 times in a row (we retry every 3 days), your subscription will be automatically paused.
