We use the social networks official APIs to collect the metrics or analytics. We automatically pull the data once a day, every day, so you may not see insights for your most recent posts right away. We analyze posts published via Publer and those published outside Publer, once you have synced posts. How to view insights for a specific social account
All your social accounts are gathered into a single dashboard, but you can check their insights individually on Publer. To check analytics: Go to Analytics. Click the desired social account icon on the left to see detailed insights for that account. The time range selected by Default is Past 7 Days. But you can change it to your liking. How often are the metrics refreshed?
There’s no need to reload the pages often or select extra options in order for you to receive fast information about the metrics. Publer automatically refreshes the metrics every 24 hours for all the posts of the last 7 days. You will always have statistics about all your social account’s posts. How to view the top-performing posts
We will email you the Top 3 performing posts of the day or of the week for each social account you've added to Publer. Not only will you have the top-performing posts at your mailbox, but also who created those posts.
