To change the payment method on file:

Go to Settings > Billing.
Click on Update Payment Method.

If you are paying through Paddle:

A pop-up window will appear where you can add the new card and make the changes.
Once you click on Save, the payment method will have been updated.

If you are paying through PayPro:

You will be redirected to the PayPro login Page, our payment gateway provider.
There, simply click on the forgot password link.

Use your Publer email address in order to set/reset the password.

If you are not receiving a "Reset password" email on your Inbox, please make sure that you are inserting the correct email.
If you have previously changed your Publer email, then you have to use the original email (the old one before the changes) to reset the password or contact us.
After doing that, you will have a login for the PayPro page where you can go to log in.
Log in to change the payment method on file for Publer under Manage your Credit Cards.
You will now be charged with the new card/method.
