How to manually renew my subscription
In certain cases, our payment provider PayPro Global, may require manual renewals, i.e. for Indian customers.
On the other hand, due to limitations from the Central Indian Bank and their regulations about online recurring payments, automatic renewals are sometimes not possible, specifically when your subscription is routed through PayPro Global. In that case, you would have to ensure that you manually renew the subscription.
It’s not possible to start a manual subscription from the billing interface, however, for such cases you will be able to manually renew the subscription, as shown below.
Manually renewing the subscription
This is how manual renewal subscriptions will look like in Publer:
Go to Settings > Billing on Publer and click on Renew Subscription.
You will have to re-enter your payment information for each renewal.
Note: You will not be able to make changes to your plan, i.e. you can't make upgrades/downgrades to your plan. In the case when you want to change the number of social accounts/team members, you will have to cancel and resubscribe.
Once you click on Renew Subscription you will be redirected to the PayPro Global checkout link.
Note: You will get an automatic reminder 3 days before the end date of the subscription. There is a grace period of 10 days from the end date before we automatically mark the subscription as “ended” and lock all the features of the plan.
