Can I downgrade or upgrade my subscription/trial at anytime?

Yes, you can change the frequency, downgrade, or upgrade to your liking at any time, while you are on a Free Trial or on an active subscription.

When updating your active subscription, Publer will always make sure that you don't get over/under charged. Moreover, you can start paying for a month, and then choose to switch to a year, so you can change the payment frequency at anytime.

Note: When you increase the number of social accounts in the Free Trial, you will not be charged. Once the Free Trial ends, and if you decide to continue using Publer, you will be charged accordingly.

To upgrade your plan:

Go to the Billing page or click your profile dropdown and select Upgrade Plan.

Make the necessary adjustments, such as upgrading your plan, adding more accounts/members by clicking the plus (+) option or choosing annual billing.

Finally, proceed to checkout.

Keep in mind :

When upgrading the plan with Paddle, the pro-rated difference will be charged immediately.
When upgrading the plan with PayPro, the pro-rated difference will be charged immediately.

To downgrade your plan:

Go to the Billing page or click your profile dropdown and select Upgrade Plan.

Make the required changes, such as downgrading your plan, reducing the number of social accounts or members by clicking the minus (-) option, or changing the billing frequency.

Lastly, proceed to complete your checkout.

Note: If you have an LTD plan and have subscribed to paid add-ons (such as Twitter add-ons, additional accounts/members, or AI Assist), but decide you no longer need them, simply cancel the paid subscription. You'll then revert back to your original LTD plan.

Note: If you have a paid plan and want to switch to the Free version, you’ll need to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges or choose to pause your subscription.

Keep in mind :

When downgrading the plan with Paddle, the pro-rated difference will be subtracted from your next payment.
When downgrading the plan with PayPro, the pro-rated difference will be converted into free days and the next renewal date will be updated accordingly.
When downgrading from a paid plan to a free plan, you will have until the end of the subscription or renewal date before the free plan restrictions take place.
