How to pause my Publer subscription

Benefits of pausing your subscription:

Retain your current plan without any changes.
Keep all posts and data saved, so you can access them again when you Resume the subscription.
No charges will apply during the duration of the Paused subscription.
An alternative to cancellation, ensuring you don't lose posts, history, and other important data.

To pause your subscription with Publer:

Click on the profile dropdown menu and go to Settings.

Navigate to Billing, and click on Cancel or Pause Subscription.

NOTE: During the free trial period, users cannot pause their subscription. The option to Pause or Cancel is available only to users on a paid plan.

Then, choose Pause Subscription.

Next, pick the duration to pause your subscription from the dropdown menu. You can choose between 1, 2, or 3 months.

TIP: A pause can also be scheduled for a future date, as shown in the following screenshots. In this case, the paid features will be locked on January 15th, rather than immediately.

Once you've reviewed the details, simply check the box to confirm and then click the Pause button.

NOTE: Depending on the duration you chose, the exact renewal date of your plan will be displayed.

Once the pause period is over, the subscription will automatically resume.

You will receive a reminder 7 days before your subscription restarts. If the restart fails, your subscription will be marked as Ended, and unless you resubscribe, you will automatically be downgraded to the Free version. On the other hand, if the restart is successful, you will be automatically charged for the renewal.

You can also restart your subscription at any time by clicking the Restart Subscription button.

What Happens If The Payment Fails:

First failure: You will receive an email warning, but no action will be taken at this stage.
Second failure: A second email will be sent to you, and the paid features will be locked.
Third failure: Your subscription will be marked as paused, and we will automatically attempt to restart it in a month (similar to a voluntary pause).
Lastly, if the restart fails, your subscription will be marked as Ended, and it will be downgraded to the Free version unless you resubscribe within 7 days.
