Why can’t I upgrade my plan / add more social accounts?

If you are facing issues with upgrading your plan on Publer in the middle of an active subscription, simply make sure to cancel and then resubscribe.


To cancel your current subscription:



First click on Settings on the top right corner.
Then select "Subscription".
Lastly, click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the instructions.

To resubscribe for the updated number of social accounts:



Click on your Profile dropdown and then click Upgrade Plan page.
Afterwards, make the necessary changes for the updated number of social accounts.
Lastly, click on "Subscribe" and follow the instructions to enter your payment information.

Note: All the data on your account will be safe as long as you resubscribe again within 24 hours. You will also automatically receive a refund for any overlap within 24 business hours after resubscribing.
