Why can't I see the Instagram account I want to add to Publer?
If you are getting the error "No eligible social accounts to add" when trying to connect to your Instagram Page, then most probably there is an error not allowing the connection between Facebook and Instagram to go through, or some permissions are missing on the Business Integrations section.
Note: For the moment only Instagram Business accounts that have been connected to a Facebook Page are supported. To convert your Instagram account to a Business one go here. To connect your Facebook Page to your Instagram Business account go here.
Go to the Instagram app from your mobile.
Click on Edit Profile.
Scroll down to Public Business Information.
Click on Pages and check if you have any warnings.
Finally, make sure to review all warnings accordingly and try connecting the Instagram account again.
Warning: If you cannot Review the Connection from neither Facebook, nor Instagram, please go to the Meta Business Manager and make sure there are no alerts there. If need be, create a Meta Business Manager account for the Instagram and Facebook accounts, by following the steps on the Business Manager.
Go to the Facebook page that you have connected to Instagram.
On the left, scroll down to Settings.
Then, go Instagram.
If you have any warnings, make sure to review them accordingly.
Finally, try to connect the Instagram account again.
Warning: If you cannot Review the Connection from neither Facebook, nor Instagram, please go to the Meta Business Manager and make sure there are no alerts there. If need be, create a Meta Business Manager account for the Instagram and Facebook accounts, by following the steps on the Business Manager.
The connection needs to be renewed by the Community Manager (the person who created the account) in the Business Manager Suite.
If you are the community manager, go to the Facebook Business Manager account. If not, ask your Community Manager to do so.
Once you sign in, you should be able to see the Alert (Review Error) there.
Resolve the error following the steps accordingly.
Finally, try to connect the IG account once again.
Go to Social Accounts and click on Connect for Instagram.
Select Instagram and click on Continue after making sure that you have a Business Instagram Account connected to a Facebook Page that you Administer.
In the following screen make sure to select Edit Settings instead of Continue.

Here, make sure to select all the Instagram Accounts and the linked Facebook Pages that you want Publer to have access to.

Make sure that all the permissions are toggled on and click on Done.

Lastly, select all the Business Instagram accounts that you want to connect to Publer.
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and search for or click on "publer.io".
In the popup, make sure that you've given Publer access to all the required permissions for all the Instagram Accounts and the linked Facebook Pages that you want to use Publer for.

Make sure to click on See all Pages and select the ones that you want to use on Publer.
Moreover, scroll down till the end and double-check that the Instagram Account and Pages you want to use are selected in every category.

Once you do that, try adding the missing Instagram account one more time.
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations one more time and search for or click on "publer.io".
Select "publer.io" and click on Remove on the top left corner.

You can also click on View and Edit and in the popup, scroll down and click on "Remove".
This will simply disconnect Publer from the Facebook Business Integrations, it will not remove the social accounts from Publer, and none of your content/insights will get lost. However, you will need to reauthenticate the accounts connected to your Facebook Profile again.
Once you do that, try adding the missing Instagram account one more time.
Don't forget to reauthenticate the existing Facebook Pages, Groups, and Instagram accounts.

1. Resolve any issues, verifications, or alerts:
1.1 Make sure you have no pending verifications on Instagram:
Go to the Instagram app from your mobile.

1.2 Then, check for the same thing on Facebook:
Go to the Facebook page that you have connected to Instagram.

Finally, try to connect the Instagram account again.

1.3 Lastly, check to see if you have any alerts on Business Manager:

2.1 Try the following:

2.2 If the above doesn't work, try the following:
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and search for or click on "publer.io".

2.3 Lastly, if you still have no luck, try this resource:
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations one more time and search for or click on "publer.io".
