Why are my analytics insights missing?
Here are a few reasons why some insights may be missing or show as "-" on Publer:
If your follower count suddenly drops and then recovers, it may be due to:
Missing permissions on your connected account.
Payment issues affecting data syncing
Temporary issue with the analytics etc.
Reauthorize the account to gain access to all the permissions. Follow the steps here.
If applicable, fix the payment issues by following these steps.
Instagram posts may not display insights if they were created before switching your account from a Personal Profile to a Creator or Business account.
Keep in mind that insights are only available for posts that are made after the switch to a Professional account.
To switch a Personal Instagram account to a Creator/Business account follow these steps.
When you see "-" (null) for specific metrics, it means that the data isn’t accessible due to API limitations. Take a look at all the metrics we can gather from the social network APIs.
For competitor accounts, if you filter by a specific social account, you’ll only see the metrics that are available for that account.
