Why are my team members notified about my failed Publer subscription?
If your payment fails to process automatically, you'll need to take action:
Update your Payment Method. Learn about it here.
Cancel the current subscription and Resubscribe. If you do so within 24 hours, you won't lose any of the data on the account.

Why are my team members notified about my failed Publer subscription?
When a payment fails, we notify every member of the team, except for clients. This is because editors and admins may be directly impacted by subscription issues. The client role, typically held by external parties, does not receive notifications.
This notification ensures that those actively using Publer are aware of any potential disruptions caused by payment failures. Owners sometimes delegate all their tasks to other team members without logging into Publer themselves.
Please note: We prioritize your privacy and do not share any payment details with the members. Instead, we send a friendly reminder to keep them informed about the situation.
