Clients

A Client can have many different privileges, which are specified by the Owner.

They can add/remove social accounts.
They can edit, create, and delete posts.
They can approve posts for the assigned social accounts.

Client with read-only access
A Client with read-only access would only be able to see the posts and not create them.
If specified by the Owner, they can also approve the posts for the assigned social account, but it's optional.
In this case, the Client would still have read-only access to the posts, but be able to approve them.
They will have access to only a few tabs, a dedicated view for them, i.e. Posts, Calendar, and Analytics.

Client with posting access
A Client with posting access would be able create, edit, publish, and delete posts.
If specified by the Owner, they can also approve the posts for the assigned social account.
They will have access to all tabs on Publer, i.e. Create, Posts, Calendar, Media Library, RSS Feeds, Content, and Analytics.

Client with full access
A client with full access would be able to edit, create, and delete the posts and add social accounts.
Moreover, they are able to add their own social accounts and remove them. They will NOT be able to remove social accounts that they did not add to Publer.
If specified by the Owner, they can also approve the posts for the assigned social account.
They will have access to all tabs on Publer, i.e. Create, Posts, Calendar, Media Library, RSS Feeds, Content, and Analytics.

To sum up, a Client with full access would have the following privileges:

Add new social accounts to the workspace.
View, add, modify and remove posts.
Approve/decline posts for the assigned social accounts.
Edit, delete & publish other member's posts for the assigned social accounts.
Have access to all tabs on Publer, i.e. Create, Posts, Calendar, Media Library, RSS Feeds, Content, and Analytics.
On the Media Library they can delete ONLY their own media.

A Client can have the ability to approve posts at any of the above levels. They can be added to the Workspace to do just that, approve posts, and nothing else. Moreover, they can simply be added to the Workpsace to see the posts and nothing else, in the case when you do not need them to approve the posts but just view them.
