How to preview Twitter threads in Publer
Previewing Twitter threads on Publer makes it easier for you to see what the tweets will look like.
Create a post for your Twitter account and add follow-up comments to it to make it a thread:

If you are using a big screen, the Preview will show on the right of your create area:
If you are using smaller screens and you don't see the Preview right away you can click on the Preview button, or minimize your screen:
You can create up to 25 threads for a post and preview them all in real time.
