Why is my media upload failing?



If you're receiving an error message related to the TUS protocol, it indicates that your media upload is being blocked by browser data, such as extensions (especially ad blockers) or cache/cookies.


To fix the issue follow these steps:



Disable your extensions (ad blockers, pop-up blockers).
Clear your browser’s cookies and cache. Learn more about it here.
Restart your browser and try uploading the media again.
Alternatively, you can try using an Incognito window.

Make sure that extensions are disabled in Incognito mode, and the upload should work normally.
