If your Android device opens the Reel composer instead of displaying photos when you try to view them on Facebook, you must probably need to clear the defaults for your Facebook app. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

To reset the default actions for Facebook:

Navigate to your phone's Settings menu.
Browse down and go to Apps.
Scroll down to find Facebook in the list of installed apps and open App Settings.
Click on Open by default settings within the Facebook app details.



Lastly click on Clear defaults to reset the default actions for Facebook.

If you're unable to Clear defaults, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the Facebook app in order to reset the default actions

By following these steps, you should be able to view photos correctly on Facebook using Publer mobile app on your Android device.
