How to manage Email Notifications
Publer offers email notifications to keep you informed about your account activities, updates, and performance insights. Simply toggle on the ones you need.
Post Failures Notifications
Choose how often to be notified if a scheduled post fails to publish.
Analytics Notifications
Decide whether to receive weekly or monthly PDF analytics reports, and if you prefer a combined report or separate ones for each account.
Collaborations Notifications
Post notes
Posts pending approval
Approved posts
Declined posts
Except for post notes, all other collaboration email notifications are limited to one every 30 minutes.

You can disable all email notifications by toggling off each notification in your settings. For detailed instructions, follow the steps on this guide.
Note: Publer will automatically disable email notifications for a user if their emails bounce back or if they mark our emails as spam.
Publer may turn off all email notifications if:
Emails to your address bounce back.
You mark our emails as spam.
This helps maintain email service and prevent blocks from email providers.
Vacation responses or auto-responders: These can sometimes block emails.
Full inbox: Your email server may reject new messages due to a full inbox.
Server issues: Problems with your email provider may cause bounces.
Check your email address: Make sure your address is correct and active.
Review auto-responders: Disable or adjust vacation replies.
Clear space: Delete unimportant emails if your inbox is full.
Contact your email provider: If needed, resolve server issues.
After fixing the issue go to Settings > Email Notifications and turn them back on.
Rely on the notifications bell icon for updates until emails resume.
