How to edit/update the settings of a News Query

Desktop Version



You can create News Queries with Publer and share the articles on your social accounts.

If you need to change any of the specific information like keywords, dates, language used, the sorting or even including/excluding specific domains, you can follow the steps below.

To update/edit a News Query:



Go to the Explore tab.



On the News tab, select Advanced Search.



Click on the dropdown at the right-side and hover over your saved query.
Click on the settings icon that shows up.



A form will show up on the right-side, where you can Update your Query. You can update:

The Keywords
Dates of the articles.
The Language of the articles.
Sort by relevance, popularity, and date.
Include or Exclude specific domains.

After making the changes, click on Update and you'll get a message saying that the query was successfully updated.



The relevant results will appear.

Click on the filter icon at the top of the screen, to select the query you need to edit.



Click on Save.



Press the pen icon on the right side of the screen.



A form will show up on the right-side, where you can Edit the Query. You can update:

The Keywords
Dates of the articles.
The Language of the articles.
Sort by relevance, popularity, and date.
Include or Exclude specific domains.

After making the changes, click on Update and you'll get a message saying that the query was successfully updated/edited.



The relevant results will appear like so:
