How to preview posts from within the Calendar

You can now see previews of your posts directly on our Calendar View!

In the Calendar view you can:

See Recycling predictions. Learn more here.
Easily preview posts by filtering them by post type.
See previews of the posts on the calendar (Weekly and Monthly view).
See the social account's logo and name (Weekly and Monthly view).
Easily view posts for a specific date by clicking the Change Date option in the top left corner of the page.

To preview posts on the calendar based on their post types.

Before applying a filter for post types, you also have the option to first filter the posts based on their status ( Scheduled, Published, Failed, or Drafts).

Note: Recycling and Recurring options are only visible in the Feed View.


After that, just click the dropdown next to it and select the post types you want to use for filtering the posts.


Once applied, the calendar will show posts based on your chosen filter. Here, we selected Photo.


Then, click and open a post you wish to preview and find the eye icon next to it.


Once you click the eye icon you will be able to see a preview of that post.

To preview posts in the Monthly/Weekly view:

First, make sure you’re in the monthly or weekly view.


Then, locate any posts that haven’t been posted yet.


Next, click and open a post you wish to preview and find the eye icon next to it.


Once you click the eye icon you will be able to see a preview of that post.

You can follow same steps as monthly view to preview from the weekly view.

To preview a post from the Daily view

Navigate to the Daily view page, click on the post, and a preview will appear beside it.


Moreover, you can Delete/Edit/Publish the post from within the Daily view by selecting Manage Post and proceeding accordingly.

To view posts from Monthly view:

Click on Calendar menu.
Change the view to Monthly
Click on the day spot where you have the posts you want to view.



Next the post list will show up and you will be able to click the post you want to preview it.



Alternatively you can scroll through the content and also you can preview the content scheduled.



Similarly you can view the posts also in the Weekly view.

To view posts from List view:

Change the view to List view.



Click to open the desired post.



Finally, preview the content scheduled.



Make sure that you are using the filtering options to navigate easily through your posts.
