How to organize media with labels

Assigning labels to media is the best way to stay organized. It helps you distinguish and find media easily. You can label media individually or in bulk.

To single-label media:

Go to the Media Library.
Select a media and add the label(s).
Press Enter to add a label, and click the Save button.

To bulk-label media:

Go to the Media Library.
Select all the media you want to add a label to.
Click the Add Labels button at the bottom right menu on your screen.



Add the label to the posts.



Lastly, click the Save button.

You can also bulk-label the media once the posts are on the Create page, by clicking on Add Labels > Apply to all posts > Save.

To single-label media on the mobile app:

Go to the Media Library tab.



Select a media and add the label(s).



After type the label(s), click the Save button.
