How to create & use signatures
Just like in Emails, signatures are simply text that will be automatically appended to the end of your posts. Signatures might consist of text, emojis, hashtags, slogans, emails, phone numbers, etc.
You are allowed to create up to 10 Signatures for each account you add to Publer.
Go to Create.
Select the desired social account.
Select the Signature icon and click on Create a new Signature.
Go to Social Accounts.
Select the desired social account.
Go to Signatures.
Design your signature accordingly:
Add a label.
Write the content of the Signature.
Choose whether you want the Signature to be a Default one or not.
Choose whether you want it to Apply to captions in multi-photo posts (only for Facebook).
Finally, click Create.
All Signatures will be listed as options on your dashboard when you click on the Signature icon.
You can also preview the Signature that you are about to use, to make sure it is the correct one.
Click on Save to add the signature.
After adding a signature, you can click the Preview icon to see how your post will look like once shared.
If you decide to create more than 1 post at the same time for different social accounts and click Signature, you will be given the option to choose individual Signatures for each of them (or maybe add a Signature to one of your accounts and don’t do it for the other ones).
Keep in mind that you can’t choose the same type of social account (i.e two Facebook accounts) more than once, because the same posts shared at the same time on different accounts are considered spam.
You can create up to 10 Signatures per each social account.
Signatures are not supported for Twitter and Bluesky, unless you have X Premium, due to low character limits.
While you are creating a post on Publer and add a Signature, you will be able to see exactly how the post will be shared only by Previewing it.
Signatures should be created for each respective social account.
When you Auto-Share a post, that you are currently creating or have already scheduled, the Signature won’t be shared along.
On Facebook accounts, you can choose whether you want the Signature to be applied to captions in multi-photo posts.
