Why are Facebook Personal Profiles NOT supported?
Facebook Personal Profiles are not supported. After the scandal with Cambridge Analytica, Facebook no longer allows 3rd party tools like Publer to publish on user's personal profiles.
You can only use Publer for the Business Page(s) (and Groups) you manage. Click here to learn more.
