Why can't I see the Facebook Page I want to add to Publer?
If you are getting the error "No eligible social accounts to add" when trying to connect to your Facebook Page, then most probably some permissions are missing on the Business Integrations section.
Go to Social Accounts on the left side.
Click Connect, select Facebook Page and continue. You will be asked to log in to your Facebook Profile, with which you manage this Page.
In the following screen make sure to select Choose what you allow instead of Continue.
Here, make sure to select all the linked Facebook Pages and all the permissions are on and hit Continue.
Lastly, select all the Facebook Pages that you want to connect to Publer.
Make sure to switch to your main/personal Facebook account (Not a Page).
Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and search for or click on "publer.io".
In the popup, make sure that you've given Publer access to all the required permissions for all the linked Facebook Pages that you want to use on Publer.
Make sure to scroll and accept everything.
Once you do that, try adding the missing Facebook Page one more time.
Go to *Facebook Settings** > Business Integrations one more time and search for or click on "publer.io".
Click on Remove on the right of "publer.io" integration.
You can also click on View and Edit and in the popup, scroll down and click on "Remove".
This will simply disconnect Publer from the Facebook Business Integrations, it will not remove the social accounts from Publer, and none of your content/insights will get lost. However, you will need to reauthenticate the accounts connected to your Facebook Profile again.
Once you do that, try adding the missing Facebook Page one more time.
Don't forget to reauthenticate the existing Facebook Pages, Groups, and Instagram accounts.
Keep in mind, in order to locate the Business Integration on Facebook, please make sure to switch to your main/personal Facebook account.
To connect to your Facebook Page
Firstly, try to:
