The Canva integration has been available for some time now, however, we now have made it possible for you to use Canva right from within Publer.

Keep in mind:

When creating designs with the Canva button, they will only be saved on the Media Library (after the post has been scheduled), not on your Canva account.
Not all features are supported with the Canva Button (integration), due to technical limitations from Canva's end.
For example, the Brand Kit features, exporting multiple pages, etc are not available. Learn more about these limitations here.

To use the Canva integration from within Publer:

Go to the Create tab.
Click on Click or Drag and Drop media.
Choose Canva.





Select the social media post format of your choice.





Create your Canva design.
Click on Add to Publer on the top left corner.

Note: You can also use your previous Canva uploads. Select one, make the final edits, and then publish the design to Publer.





Finish designing your post on Publer and schedule away.

To use your previous Canva designs:

Go to Canva following the steps above.
Click on Projects.





Click on Your Projects.





Use your designs to your liking, Add to Publer, and then schedule away.
