How to resolve error "payment has been declined by your bank/payment provider"
When trying to upgrade your plan on Publer in the middle of an active subscription and use a different payment method here are some things to keep in mind.
If you are in the middle of an active subscription, and you want to upgrade using different card or a different payment method:
Cancel the current subscription and resubscribe.
When resubscribing, make sure to enter the new payment method information.
You will not lose any data.
You will get a refund for the overlap within 24 business hours (no need to contact us).
For most cases, upgrading with Paddle will work without an issue when you want to use a different card.
If you are using an Indian card and want to upgrade your plan in the middle of a subscription:
Cancel the current subscription and resubscribe.
When resubscribing, reenter the same payment method information or use a new one.
You will not lose any data.
You will get a refund for the overlap within 24 business hours (no need to contact us).
Otherwise:
Simply update the payment method normally and then upgrade accordingly.
When upgrading via PayPro Global:
