(Mobile App) How to delete/remove a social account from Publer

If you are no longer using a social account and you want to remove it from Publer, you can delete it quite easily from the mobile app.

WARNING: When you decide to remove a social account, Publer will permanently delete all the data associated with it, i.e., all the posts, analytics, and other data will be lost, and you won't be able to retrieve them.

Only the Owner and Admins with the right permissions have the ability to remove social accounts.

To delete/remove a social account from app:



Once you login on the application you need to navigate to account menu from the upper left icon:



Find the account you want to remove/delete and press the three dots on the right of it:



Press on Delete.



Lastly confirm the pop-up by pressing again on Delete.

Keep in mind:



Only the Owner and Admins with the right permissions have the ability to remove social accounts. Clients can only add or remove them when specified by the Owner. Learn more about that here.
When removing a social account from Publer, you won't be decreasing the social account number supported by your plan. To do that, make sure to go to Settings > Billing in Publer and downgrade accordingly.
