How to create and use draft ideas
Desktop Version:
What are draft ideas?
Draft ideas are unfinished posts or templates that aren't linked to any specific social account. You can use or reuse them anytime!
These draft ideas can be set to Public, allowing everyone in the workspace to see them, or kept Private, visible only to the creator. Please note that draft ideas are not assigned to any social accounts.
To create a draft idea:
Go to the Home page and click + Add draft idea in the Draft ideas section.
The composer box will pop up, and you can start creating your draft.
Once you've finished creating the draft, click Save Draft.
You'll then have the option to select who can access your draft idea.
When you select Private, it will be visible and accessible only to you. You'll also be the only person who can edit it.
When you select Public, it will be visible to all members of the workspace and can be accessed and edited by you, admins, and everyone in the workspace.
After saving, your draft will automatically appear in the Draft Ideas section on the homepage.
A green icon means it's public, while a blue icon means it's private.
At any time, you can adjust its privacy. Just select the draft you wish to update, click on the privacy option, and you'll be able to change the privacy settings.
Finally, you can always access your drafts in the Draft ideas section, where you have the options to Delete, Edit, or Use them by selecting the draft post.
Note: Only drafts without any selected social accounts will appear in the Draft Ideas section on the home page.
To use a draft idea:
Go to the Home page.
In the Draft ideas section, select the draft post you want to schedule, and click the Use button.
You will then be asked if you want to Delete the draft or Don't delete it.
Finally, the composer box will pop up, allowing you to add the finishing touches to your post and schedule it accordingly.
