How to change/update my payment method
To change the payment method on file:
Go to Settings, then proceed to the Billing tab.
Click on Update Payment Method.
If you are paying through Paddle:
You can now view details of your current payment method for your subscription directly from the Billing tab. The information is always up-to-date if you are paying through Paddle.
Once you've selected the Update Payment Method option, a pop-up window will appear where you can add the new card and make the changes.
Once you click on the Save button, your payment method will be updated.
If you are paying through PayPro:
You can directly see your current subscription payment method details from the Billing tab.
Due to the API limitations of the payment provider, the information displayed is based on your most recent invoice.
Once you've selected the Update Payment Method option, a one-time login link will be sent automatically to your billing email on file. You'll find this alert with your email information in the top right corner of your screen.
The email will appear as follows:
Once you click on the one-time login link, it will lead you straight to the PayPro Global dashboard.
To change the payment method on file, simply follow the instructions given in the email you've received.
In case the email doesn't set up successfully, you'll be redirected to the old PayPro Global login screen where you will need to reset your password:
You will be redirected to the PayPro login Page, our payment gateway provider.
There, simply click on the forgot password link.
Use your Publer email address in order to set/reset the password.
If you are not receiving a "Reset password" email on your Inbox, please make sure that you are inserting the correct email.
If you have previously changed your Publer email, then you have to use the original email (the old one before the changes) to reset the password or contact us.
After doing that, you will have a login for the PayPro page where you can go to log in.
To change the payment method on file for Publer go to My Credit Cards and click on Add New Card.
Make sure to click on that card and then mark it as a Primary card.
After that, please go to the Subscriptions tab and change the card assigned to the subscription.
You will now be charged with the new card for all future transactions.
