Automatically scheduling posts is the best way to save time!

Before auto-scheduling, you need to keep in mind that:

You need a posting schedule. Posting schedules are specific to each social accounts, but you can create as many as you need.
If you want the same posting schedule across multiple social accounts, go to Accounts, then select the Social Account, and choose Duplicate Settings.

To automatically schedule for your social accounts:

Create a posting schedule.

You can create a posting schedule only for a specific post type (Link, Photo, GIF, Video, Status Update) or for all of them (Any).

Go to the specific Account and click on Posting Schedule.
Choose between Create a timeslot or Autofill.
Follow the steps and save the posting schedule under a label name.

Number of timeslots per day cannot be bigger than the daily post limits..
For a more detailed guide on how to set up a posting schedule, go here.

Now go to Create on top of the dashboard.
Select the social account you want to post in.
Create a post and hit Schedule.

Select Change Mode and click on AutoSchedule.

Select AutoSchedule.
Finally, select the Label accordingly and click Schedule.

Organizing timeslots into Labels helps you distinguish them. You can organize them into labels that represent the post type (i.e Link, Video), or the time (i.e Morning, Noon) or to your liking.

Remember:

Each time there’s a new post that you want to be scheduled, all you need to do is click AutoSchedule (Schedule > AutoSchedule).
Publer will find the next available time slot and schedule your new post for you.

Think of it as having a queue and every time you AutoSchedule something, it will automatically go into that queue.

For example:

Suppose you want to post a Link on Mondays at 11:15 AM. You can schedule a Link post that will be posted every available Monday. The other link post you schedule will be put in queue and will be posted for the next available time, which, according to the timeslot, would be the following Monday.

Please keep in mind:

If you haven't specified a label to your posting schedules, just hit Schedule. Publer will automatically find the proper posting schedule you have created.
