How to add my VAT/GST number?
To add the VAT, GST or UID number when starting a new subscription:
Start the checkout process for your subscription.
Select Business purchase and then the VAT will show up where applicable.

Fill out the fields as required.
Make sure to double-check your information before submitting to avoid errors in future invoices.
Complete the checkout process.
Note: After completing the checkout process, your information will be saved for future invoices.
To add your VAT, GST or UID number after having started a subscription:
PayPro:
You cannot add your VAT number and address to existing invoices if you've already started a subscription with PayPro.
To update your information, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe, making sure to enter your VAT number and address during the checkout process.
Note: All the data on your account will be safe as long as you resubscribe again within 24 hours. You will also automatically receive a refund for any overlap within 24 business hours after resubscribing.
Paddle:
If you have made at least two payments you can take these steps:
Go to Settings > Billing section.
Scroll down and go to Invoices
Find the latest invoice and click on Open Invoice.
There, you will be able to Add address & VAT Number.

Lastly, click Save to update the invoice.
If you don't see the Add address & VAT number option, you need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe.
Note: All the data on your account will be safe as long as you resubscribe again within 24 hours. You will also automatically receive a refund for any overlap within 24 business hours after resubscribing.
